This is a space where I share what I’m working on in all the modes I can. Whether it’s personal development/consciousness/healing projects, art projects, music projects, poetry, photography or writing projects, these are all projects of the soul, projects of coming home to myself and tending my relationship with all that is. This material is motivated first and foremost by my own personal exploration and experimentation, and it’s my joy to share from the abundance that naturally emerges.
I’m Trina Brunk-Howard.
I wear a lot of hats — life coach, singer/songwriter, wife and mom, writer, visual artist, currently living in Northfield, Minnesota.
I had the privilege of growing up rurally in a creative, musical family, where we were expected to create our own entertainment, where a song could break out at any moment.
Growing up this way, I noticed how music could connect us with each other, bring a sense of oneness; and I noticed that it could make hard work more fun, and lift our spirits through difficult times. I also noticed how the music I heard on the radio could take me places . . . but not always where I wanted to go. So eventually, I decided to write and record songs that took me where I wanted to go, and that felt awesome.
My experiences with shifting consciousness through music gave me an appetite for finding other ways to make that transformative shift in my mindset, to go from stuck and miserable, to openhearted and interested, focused and moving in the direction of living more the way I wanted to. So the most natural and obvious thing was to become a life coach who combines my passion for helping people transform their consciousness, with my love for making and sharing transformative music.
I am Certified as a Core Transformation Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, with additional training and skills in the Wholeness Work by Connirae Andreas (Level IV), the Self Concept model by Steve Andreas, the Rewind Technique for Panic Attacks & Phobias, Reiki I, II & III, Applied Kinesiology, Flower Essence Energy Sessions, and EFT.
All of the above trainings represent important and even pivotal passages in my life, but not more important than the every-present inner and outer Teacher that shows up in so many forms — in all of life’s circumstances, the people and other life forms around and within my physical body and in my own Being.
As a lifelong learner and passionate creative, I am continuously investigating, experimenting and working to improve what I can bring to my clients that works to bring about real, meaningful change, so that our lives can become even more fulfilling and satisfying on all levels.
